'Two Big Kids' is the first CD by the award-winning duo, The Uncle Brothers. Produced by Dan Jenks (as are all the Uncle Brothers CDs), this CD hit the children's music market with a splash, winning just about every parenting award possible, plus several song writing contests. 'Gift From The Heart' (giving, kindness), 'I Can' (never giving up), 'Rainbow' (empathy and acceptance), 'Team Work' (working together), and 'Reach Out' (kindness and helping the new kid in school) are songs that schools love to use for their character education programs. 'This Land Is Your Land', 'Jamaica Farewell', 'Waltzing With Bears, and 'If I Had A Hammer' are songs they love to sing live and their version of 'Waltzing Matilda was used on Discovery Channel's 'No Opportunity Wasted' TV program. They also wrote a wonderful birthday song (waltz) callled 'The Other Happy Birthday Song'. BIO Danny Quinn and Tom Gardner are The Uncle Brothers. This NY metro area duo performs family and kids music in a 'Jimmy Buffett meets The Smothers Brothers' style of humor and lively crowd pleasing original songs. For elementary schools they've designed a show around character education themes like anti smoking and drug awareness, respect, conflict resolution, kindness, responsibility, and many others. For family venues they are just plain FUN, getting the audience involved in wacky hand motions and sing a longs.
