This 2-CD Set is designed for parents, therapists, teachers, yoga instructors, child-life specialists (and anyone interested in improving the emotional life of a child) to use with children. There are seven unique tracks ~ some energizing, some peaceful and relaxing, some combining artistic activities following the yoga, and one very special bed time or nap time track. All scripts are original and written by Sherri Snyder-Roche, a psychotherapist who specializes in working with children and teens. She has helped kids for over 27 years to cope with anxiety, trauma, worries, depression, and to develop courage to cope with life's challenges. She has used these scripts in her clinical work with the kids, and the response has been tremendous ~ the kids (and parents) loved them. There is no specific order in which to use the tracks. Try them all! They are great for a rainy day activity, to help kids cope with test anxiety, to help kids relax after they come in from playing outdoors, or to use before nap time.
