The Children of the Rainbow CD has a variety of original and classic children's music that will educate, entertain and be enjoyed by children of all ages. There are twenty-six songs, over an hour of music on one CD! The mix of different styles jump from pop, rock, jazz, opera, rap and lullabies are all uniquely humorous and moving. Mr. Loo uses his jazz/operatic basso voice as a pig that wants to dance up a storm in one of the songs and in another songs acts as a mouse that is begging for cheese! Children of the Rainbow, the title song celebrates the friendships that we make at school with students of all different colors. Good Morning will help everyone get off to a great start. Friends at the Library is about the books at the library waiting to be read. Happy Birthday is new song to celebrate everyone's special day. The Biggy Piggy Family is a get up and boogie dance. Slam on the Jam is a bouncing tribute to basketball! A swinging song is Colors featuring Michael Paulo on saxes and flute giving listeners a great intro to jazz improvisation. Mr. Loo writes of his aloha (love) for Hawaii (where he was born and raised) in three original songs. The incredible jazz saxophonist, Michael Paulo burns up a volcanic solo on Kau Kau to Da Max, a comedic song about eating and having a good time in Hawaii. Ko'u Mahalo Ia Ko'u Akua Ko'u Aloha is a song to thank parents with love. Hawaiian Style is a feel good song about living in Hawaii with aloha and a smile. The other songs on the CD are songs that teaches the days of the weeks, counting by ones and listening skills. Ira Nepus, a fantabulous jazz trombonist is featured on A Wonderful Day. The CD ends with America, America the Beautiful and the Star Spangled Banner to pay tribute to the victims of 9/11 in New York City.
