Management Team NCircle Entertainment Management Team Debbie Ries - Senior Vice President and General Manager Debbie Ries has worked in Home Entertainment for more than 20 years. She has extensive experience in the video, audio, publishing and touring businesses. As a founding member of The Lyons Group, the creators of Barney the Dinosaur, she led the sales team and helped build the company into a pre-school entertainment powerhouse. With a keen eye on consumer tastes, she was instrumental in signing The Wiggles and Veggie Tales to the corporate roster. In 2001, the company was purchased by HIT Entertainment, and Debbie went on to become the SVP of Home Entertainment and Live Touring until June 2006 when she became one of the first members of the NCircle Entertainment Family. Rodney Smith - Director of Operations Rodney Smith is a high caliber operations manager with over 20 years of industry experience, responsible for Video Manufacturing, Purchasing and Distribution. Rodney has extensive experience in planning, organizing and leading operational initiatives, with success in methods of standardization, system development, contract management, financial planning and improving profitability. Prior to joining NCircle Entertainment in 2006, Rodney was Director of North American Operations for HIT Entertainment.
