Radio waves travel at the speed of light. Our Earth has been sending out radio waves into space for the better part of the last century. Man has often wondered what extraterrestrial beings might think of these signals. Mankind shall wonder no more. The Amoeba People, an extraterrestrial music collective from the planet Crouton, have sent this transmission, received by scientists at the M51 Records Laboratory, across the vast expanse of OUTER SPACE to communicate what they have learned about our civilization. The results, however, are at times confounding. The Amoeba People seem to think that inanimate objects such as office supplies and turnips can revolt and play the electric guitar, respectively. But one thing is certain, their excitement about our civilization is evident in this transmission and the pure joy in these songs and stories has reportedly resulted in impromptu break dancing by M51 Records scientists, an action unheard of prior to the receipt of this transmission.
